RETURN POLICY

ROBBIE + CO. will gladly accept merchandise returns within 14 days of you receiving your items (excluding final sale). The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, along with the packaging slip & in its original packaging. The money will be refunded to the original form of payment and usually takes 3-7 days to show up in your account, depending on your individual bank. 

All customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs of their returns & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.

Please include a copy of your receipt in the package, so that we can clearly identify the order that you would like refunded.

Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear or use. If it is found to be in returnable condition, we will refund your method of payment. If it is not in returnable condition or it is received after the 14 day policy, items will be returned to sender after which there will be no refund issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, follow our return policy and we will refund the order to the original form of payment to allow you to make another purchase online for the correct size.

Due to our high turn over rate, the best way to go about an exchange is to purchase the item you are wanting and then return the unwanted item for a full refund. Placing a new order for the desired item ensures that we do not sell out of that item before we receive your return. Then simply send back the other item for a refund as long as it fits the criteria of the return policy. Please include your sales receipt with your return.

Please note: When shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package.  ROBBIE + CO. is not responsible for lost exchanges/returns.
